Job Duties:

Employee will be sorting cucumbers and working at the sorting tables. Employees will stand on each side of the conveyer and pull-out debris, damaged product, and anything else that is not edible or acceptable. This is a fast-paced area where employees have seconds to make a judgement call as to what goes through. Must be able to work quickly and in a fast-paced environment. Each station must be manned from the time the first cucumber is unloaded from the truck until the last cucumber is boxed. Employees will document and keep track of dates/times of the loads. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
