- Job Duties:
- Planting, cultivating and harvesting diversified ground crops according to the instructions of the supervisor. Greenhouse planting, transplanting, operate farm machinery and farm vehicles for agricultural purposes, wash/ sort /prepare produce for storage or distribution. Hand weeding, thinning and hoeing. Requires workers to stand, bend, kneel for long time periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. No cell phones during work unless in an emergency. Will be expected to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must take directions in English. Hours and days worked will vary depending on weather. 30 minutes lunch break and 15 minute break in AM and PM. 30 days experience in duties listed required.
