- Job Duties:
- Operates self propelled custom class harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oil seed crops. Adjust speed of cutters, blowers and conveyors and height of cutting head using hand tools. Changes cutting head as appropriate for crops. Drives heavy trucks to transport product to elevator or storage. Drives transporter truck to haul harvesting machine between work sites. Services machinery and makes in field repairs. Must be able to obtain a CDL license. Post hire drug screening required at the expense of the employer. 6 month experience required.
