Job Duties:
We need a seasonal employee to tend to our farming operation where we grow Corn, Sorghum, and Soybeans. Employee will need to till and spray ground before planting season starts. Employee will need to plant crops and care for all aspects of the crops during the growing season. In the fall employee will need to harvest and haul harvested crops from field to storage. Job duties will include: repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, clean equipment or facilities, harvest agricultural products, operate farming equipment, and prepare land for agricultural use. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
