Job Duties:

"Due to weather and crop conditions, the employer reserves the right to temporarily increase the listed piece rates. The employer also reserves the right to completely do away with the piece rate all together to ensure a quality product and fair earnings, with proper notifications to workers on any changes to piece rates.
