Job Duties:
Diagnose, repair, or overhaul farm machinery and vehicles, such as semi-trucks, tractors, harvesters, pick up trucks, pumps, farm equipment, and irrigation systems. Inspect, maintain and service farm equipment, machinery and implements. Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance activities to all farm equipment, trucks, machinery and implements. Duties also require the worker to drive semi-trucks to haul hay to and from various ranch locations and/or to the company barn to assist the company with feeding its livestock. Load and unload hay. Check all load-related documentation for completeness and accuracy. Inspect loads to ensure that cargo is secure. Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order. Follow appropriate safety procedures for transporting goods.

Qualified applicants must possess at least 6 months of relevant experience in agricultural mechanics. All qualified applicants must have the authorization to work in the United States, be willing to perform the agricultural duties as described in this job order and be able to meet the physical demands of the position and the employer's work schedule with or without reasonable accommodation. New hires will be subject to E-Verify screening. Applicants must have a valid commercial driver's license and a clean driving record.
