- Job Duties:
- The manager will have a schedule of when each type of apple needs to be picked. He will instruct the fieldworkers as to which apples are to be picked. Check-in with the manager Picking the apples when they have reached maturity. Picking apples with enough care not to bruise, crush or damage them in any way Racking leaves and other weeds from under apple trees after then have been picked Apples are to be packed with a mixture of small, medium, and large Assisting manager with the production of apple cider Fill the gallon until it is almost to the top Use half a gallon to fill the gallons to the top Once gallons are filled all the way to the top then cap
