- Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: operate various equipment for planting, spraying and harvesting of crops of wheat, soybeans, and corn. Maintain machinery. Grain handling, hauling farm commodities. Maintain farm grounds/mow. Other miscellaneous duties assigned. 30-60 minute meal break. Benefits offered: 70% health insurance premium, cell phone and plan. Deduction from pay: 30% health insurance premium. Crops: wheat, soybeans, corn, canola
