Job Duties:

There is a vineyard on site and employees will be asked to maintain the vineyard, harvest grapes, load and unload grapes from machines, conveyors, and conveyances, operate machinery, or assist machine operators, examine grapes to verify conformance to quality standards, starting machines or equipment to begin production processes, observing equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions, removing machine attachments, or waste material from machines, lifting materials manually or using hoists, measure the weight of the MOG to deduct from harvest weight, or weights of filled containers to ensure conformance to specifications, signal coworkers to direct them to move products during the production process, cleaning and lubricating equipment, preparing raw materials for processing, position spouts or chutes of storage bins so that containers can be filled.
