- Job Duties:
- Job duties include the operation of large farm equipment including, but not limited to, tractors with various implements, combines, sprayers, bull dozers, and track hoes to maintain, spray, irrigate, and harvest crops. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Job will also require performing irrigation duties; mowing around the farmstead and shop areas; performing maintenance and repairs on farm implements and structures; laying irrigation plastic polyurethane pipe in fields; poking holes in irrigation pipe; operating well motors; monitoring field water levels; working in the farm shop repairing equipment; using hand tools in fields to remove undesired plant varieties and maintain proper field conditions for optimal crop growth; cleaning and servicing equipment; and maintaining organized work areas. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires having, or being able to obtain, a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English reading and math skills are required. Job duties will require workers to be outdoors during periods when temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Workers may be required to push, pull, sit, walk, stoop, bend over, or perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
