Job Duties:
Temporary, seasonal workers needed for hand-planting sugarcane. Job duties include: tractor driving; pulling planter aids; light maintenance of shop. Employer will offer 2 days of on-the-job training. Random drug screening upon hire (paid for by Employer). Exposure to extreme temperatures; extensive walking; extensive pushing or pulling; must be able to lift 50lbs. Base schedule is 40 hours per week and daily work schedule includes 1 unpaid lunch hour; however, overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10 to 40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season.
