Job Duties:

We farm 2,500 acres of cotton, peanuts, corn and soybeans. We need a seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of raising these crops. Most acres are irrigated. Employees will need to assist with planting, irrigating, and harvesting crops. Employees will need to operate farm equipment and complete routine maintenance on equipment and irrigation systems. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer's discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer's discretion. *** For 2025 and all future applications the starting date will be February to cover the entire crop season.

Special Requirements:

Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Requires 3 months experience.
