- Job Duties:
- Seasonal preparation of sugarcane land including cleaning; cutting grass ; driving tractors ; repair farm equipment; spraying; fertilizing; cultivating; general maintenance of farm; general farm labor. Job involves repetitive movements , extensive walking, frequent stooping; exposure to extreme temps ; must be able to lift 50 lbs.; random drug screening upon hire (paid for by Employer). Employees may earn higher pay based on performance or profitability, at the discretion of the employer. Daily work schedule includes 1 unpaid lunch hour.
