- Job Duties:
- Temporary, seasonal workers needed for planting sugarcane. Job duties include operating mechanical planter; walking sugarcane rows; straightening sugarcane rows; tractor driving; light maintenance of shop. Employer will offer two days of on-job training. Random drug screening upon hire (paid by employer). Exposure to extreme temperatures; extensive walking; frequent stooping. Base hours offered is 40 hours offered; overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10-40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season; higher wage may be paid based on experience. Schedule includes one unpaid lunch hour. Trabajadores temporales y estacionales necesarios para plantar caña de azúcar.
