Job Duties:

Supervisors will pick up workers from housing, take them to worksites, supervise workers, field walk, and drive workers back to their housing. They will also assist with simple daily vehicle maintenance checks (DOT pre-trip inspections) and filling water jugs with drinking water for the workers each morning. Other duties may include loading/unloading and irrigation. Supervisors are required to live in the housing provided by the employer. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a farm labor contractor license. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. Any driver employed under this job order must have a valid state and federal Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration and must abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The employer understands that they are responsible for assuring that all conditions of this agreement are met regardless of any acts or omissions of the crew leader.
