- Job Duties:
- We plant and harvest corn and soybeans, as well as custom spread dry manure in Iowa and Minnesota. Employee will operate a planter, combine, tractor and a manure spreader. Employee will also need to operate a loader, skid loader and service the equipment. Other duties include, power washing and maintaining the shop. Employee will complete general farm duties as assigned. We require long hours and weekend hours. Employee must have extensive experience operating farm machinery and large equipment, be mechanically inclined, and be able to repair and maintain equipment. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion.
