- Job duties include planting sugarcane; tractor driving; field preparation; water maintenance; fertilizing; planting crops; manual shovel work; general farm labor; repairing and maintaining equipment, farm, fields; 3 months experience required in similar occupation; exposure to extreme temperatures; frequent stooping. Base hours offered is 40 hours ; overtime hours are usually offered during plentiful season and may include an additional 10-40 hours of overtime work depending on the nature of the season; higher wage may be paid based on experience.
