Job Duties:

General farm workers needed for rice, Crawfish & soybean & general farm work. Work includes: grain drying; repair & maintenance of farm equipment, shop buildings & grain bins, and upkeep of farm property; walking fields to provide drainage with hand tools and any crop related work. Rice & soybeans includes helping in fields during planting & harvesting by driving equipment & aiding in the harvest operation by loading & off loading crop. pull red rice by hand; must be able to lift & carry 65 - 100 lbs. sacks; repetitive movements; extensive walking & bending; must be in good physical condition; 3 mos. experience in identifying & pulling red rice;Crawfish duties will be cutting of bait, running cages,opérate motorized Crawfish boat; sacking Crawfish, loading & bringing to market & maintaining pond levees & wáter levels. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on premises at no cost. Must have legal authority to work within the United States. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Transportation and subsistence expenses will be paid by the employer upon 50% completion of the work contract.
