Job Duties:

We need seasonal workers to help harvest 1000 acres of ryegrass and millet both in the spring and fall. We buy feeder calves in the spring and sell them in fall. During this time employees will need to assist with the daily care of the calves including feeding. We do not have any calves during our off-season and for that reason no assistance will be needed. Employees will need to assist with work pens, driving tractors, discing, no till drill planter, and mixer feed wagon. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion. Must be able to operate GPS farm equipment without instruction or training. Must have a good understanding of cattle and be able assist with birthing and deliveries without training or instruction.

Job requires extensive walking, sitting, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license.
