- Job Duties:
- We operate a Custom Harvesting/Manure Hauling Business where we harvest corn, alfalfa, soybeans, wheat, and haul manure in Wisconsin. We work with farmers throughout the area by hauling manure for field spreading applications, in addition to chopping in season. Our season begins in April hauling manure. Our harvest season starts at the end of May with the first crop haylage. Both seasons end at the beginning of December. Job duties include assisting crew with laying dragline, picking up hose when moving jobs, checking lines utilizing our UTV's to get around. Running pit agitation boats. Driving tractor with forage box, manure spreader, manure pump, hose cart, rakes, mower, merger, and tedders. Employees will also operate lawn mower, skid loader, and payloader. Employees may also be required to drive a chopper. Employees will need to hauling manure to fields and assisting to spread across land utilizing restriction maps. Hauling silage or haylage in season as part of our crew to keep choppers moving. Performing maintenance on facilities or equipment as needed. Various other daily tasks to help on the farm as directed by supervisor operating equipment. Employees will also wash and help to maintain equipment between jobs and load documentation or other record keeping as directed by supervisor.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, and frequent stooping. Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Requires 3 months' experience.
