- Job Duties:
- Load agricultural products into trucks, and drive trucks to market or storage facilities. Performs duties like: Drive and operate farm machinery to plant and cultivate, transport flowers. Attach farm implements, such as, wagons/ trailer to a tractor. Tow trailer behind a tractor, transport products/ flowers to storage area, inside and outside greenhouse facilities as well as between different farms within a 50 mile radius belonging to the nursery group. Load product on to box trucks, with carts full of flowers and potted plants. Transport the flowers/plants to stores and market facilities and unload. The trucks that are used are straight box trucks that weigh less than 26000 pounds. Driver's License required: Class D. Crops: Annuals, Bulbs, Perennials

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to expensive tools and equipment. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
