Job Duties:

Workers will be doing field maintenance in both cotton and peanut farms. Clearing land, cleaning farm equipment, weeding, working with irrigation lines and planting squash. All tools will be provided at no cost to the workers. Los trabajadores realizarán el mantenimiento del campo en las granjas de algodón y maní. The employer will conduct a drug test if the worker (employee) is in a work-related accident. Employer will also perform random drug testing. The drug testing will be at the employers expense. If the worker fails the drug test or refuses the drug testing, this will be probable cause for termination of employment.
