Job Duties:

Employees' duties include driving and operating farm machinery such as tractors and combining to perform farm activities of harvesting crops wheat & beans. After harvest workers will drive tractors installed with GPS and operate designated towing equipment, drills, and applicators to prepare the soil and fertilize for the next year's preparation of the soil. They will haul materials, equipment, or harvested crops to designated locations. All items hauled are the property of the employer. There is no commercial hauling done. Daily routine maintenance will be done on all equipment & grounds. Workers must be able to work independently after being given instructions and must be team players when needed. There will be no commercial hauling done and no CDL License is required as freight transported will be all local hauling under a 150-mile radius of the farm location. Requirements: - Employees have valid driver's licenses or obtain one in 30 days. - Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. - NO TEXTING. - No smoking in equipment, vehicles, housing or grounds. - No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. - Must be able to read, understand and speak English for record keeping and safety reasons. - No Educational level is required. - Must have three months of tractor driving installed with GPS and towed implements. Operate and understand computerized monitors.
