Job Duties:

Transport and deliver in-season produce grown on our farm. Utilize tractors, agricultural equipment, and trucks. The produce will be transported between both farm sites and to storage facilities. All delivery drivers will be able to return to their residence or employer-provided housing within the same work day. Traditional weeding, watering, and pruning of crops. Crops transported include but are not limited to apples, cabbage, onions, and potatoes.

Special Requirements:

Worker must have and maintain a valid driver's license: Class D or equivalent. Must comply with all applicable requirements and regulations of USDOT, NY DOT, and NY DMV. Must pass a post-employment road test to gauge driving ability. Employer uniformly conducts a post-employment physical, drug screen, background check and motor vehicle records check at no cost to the worker. All new employees are subject to a post-hire, employer-paid drug test. Any employee who declines to take or fails this drug test will be terminated and paid for all hours worked, if any. Employer reserves the right to conduct employer-paid upon-suspicion drug testing. Any employee who declines to take or fails a drug test will be immediately terminated.
