Job Duties:

Perform general farm duties on our seasonal horseradish and soybean farm in Missouri like: Operation of specialized horseradish equipment and implements. Assist with planting and harvest of crop. Ensure efficient use and care of all equipment, to include incidental maintenance. Maintain complete and accurate records.Crops: Horseradish and soybeans Equipment: Specialized horseradish equipment and implements.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. A drivers license is required to drive from the housing to the farm headquarters and then on to the fields in which the work will take place. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
