- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to help feed, water, help doctor sick cattle. Load and unload feed as well as loading grain and other commodities. They must also be able to maintain and / repair equipment used in the care and feeding of the livestock as well and preparing equipment for the next farming season. They will also be responsible for snow removal which may include operating a tractor or skid steer.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Employment may be terminated for the following reasons: Repeated absenteeism or tardiness. Violation of safety protocols. Failure to perform job duties satisfactorily. Misconduct or insubordination. Substance abuse on the job and operating machinery and vehicles.
