Job Duties:

Goolsby Farm require seasonal help with their cattle farm operation. Duties include driving and operating farm machinery to put up hay and feed for cattle. Administer medication and loading and unloading cattle for auction and feeding. General day to day tasks of animal husbandry required. Assistance with general service, lubrication, repairs to farm equipment is needed. Other miscellaneous and manual labour duties around the farm.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Employment may be terminated for the following reasons: Repeated absenteeism or tardiness. Violation of safety protocols. Failure to perform job duties satisfactorily. Misconduct or insubordination. Substance abuse on the job and operating machinery and vehicles.
