- Job Duties:
- General farm workers for crawfish season. Work to include: manually cut fish bait, bait crawfish traps, operate motorized crawfish boat; put traps in crawfish ponds; lift traps from pond; empty into crawfish sacks; load & unload sacks of crawfish; weigh & tag; wash & grade; repair traps as needed. Help repair and maintain farm equipment, shop, fields, levees, and farm roads. Frequent stooping, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements. All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost to workers. 3 months experience required. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, equipment & supplies provided at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or id suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Transportation and subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon 50% completion of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
