- Job Duties:
- On farms, workers will assist in all aspects of producing and harvesting crops for soil mixes and mulches. Employees will handle, prepare, and process soil mixes and mulches in preparation for selling the product. Duties will include counting, measuring, and compiling product; moving product with loaders and tractors; bagging and palletizing product; hauling product to employer-owned storage facilities; loading product for shipment. Employees will be expected to clean job sites daily.
