Special Requirements:

Pre hire background check at the employer's expense. The nexus between the background check and the nature of the job opportunity is Stoddard Ranch is a multi-functioning ranch. Although the application will not be part of the other operations they are housed in same area and working around ranch while guest which can included families with children will be attending and staying the night. Applications could be rejected due to any of the following I. Anything sexual or violent nature- Families staying overnight same area as applicants 2. No weapons charges- Access to firearms -ensures deer safety, predators, snakes etc. and again we have guest with families. 3. No drug charges - access to families and firearms on ranch property 4. DUI/DWI- minimum of 7 years per insurance request, also due to driving vehicles on property where guest will be present 5. Theft of any kind; including fraud theft by deception, burglary, robbery, etc.
