- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work sites - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment - Operate hand and power tools - Perform seasonal orchard maintenance - Perform routine grounds maintenance - Participate in annual harvest - Operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, excavator, bull dozer - Load and secure equipment for hauling with chain binders - Ability to work within a team - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
