Job Duties:

Operate semi truck with chain floor trailer in the process of harvesting silage crops; Load crops into trailers by driving alongside harvesting machine in the field while driving over crop residue and through field conditions without stopping, maintain appropriate distance; Perform manual or mechanical adjustments to trucks and trailers; Perform safety checks; Drive truck with trailer through fields and onto rural roads to transport crops from farmer's fields to on farm storage areas, dump, return to the field; Workers will not assist in duties like planting, cultivating, or grain cleaning; All duties to be performed are those involved in harvesting crops.

Special Requirements:

Six (6) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain following hire appropriate CDL and obtain clean driving record to drive trucks. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
