Job Duties:

Job requires receiving grain at elevator, preparing scale tickets, monitoring to ensure compliance with moisture and grade standards, transferring grain to proper storage location, operating augers and other automated grain moving equipment, transferring grain from storage bins to truck bins prior to shipment, shoveling grain to remove grain that cannot be removed by automatic conveyor equipment, and performing housekeeping duties to ensure that storage locations are properly maintained. Applicant/employee must be able to operate tractors in bin yard, perform maintenance & minor miscellaneous repair, be able to climb vertical grain leg, and have, or be able to obtain, a driver's license. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

Special Requirements:

Criminal background check and drug testing may be done post hire at the employers expense to ensure safety on and around the worksite. Basic literacy and math skills along with 3 months of experience are required. Applicant/employee must be able to lift 75 lbs. Applicant must have, or be able to obtain, a driver's license.
