- Job Duties:
- Clear snow and ice from farm buildings, access roads, and work areas to maintain safety and accessibility. Conduct winterization of equipment and machinery, including draining fluids, applying antifreeze, and protecting engines from freezing. Perform necessary repairs to farm buildings and infrastructure impacted by weather conditions (e.g., repairing roofs, fixing fences, insulating barns). Operate snow removal equipment such as snowplows and skid steers. Monitor fuel, antifreeze, and other winter-related supplies and report inventory needs

- Applicants must have at least 3 months of prior experience in farm maintenance, including skills in operating and maintaining farm equipment, performing basic repairs on buildings and machinery and conducting snow removal. Class-D driver's license is required upon hire.
