- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal employees to operate a fertilizer spreader, tractors, and tankers to spread manure on the fields during the winter months when there are no crops in the ground to prepare for the spring planting season. Employees will need to pump and empty manure pits. Employees will also need to excavating equipment to move dirt to prepare fields for planting in the spring. Furthermore, we will need employees to assist with installing and doing pre-spring maintenance on irrigation equipment.

- Special Requirements:
- Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Employer will conduct post-hire, random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to obtain regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
