Job Duties:

Workers are required to wash, disinfect, and bake livestock trailers each time a trailer leaves the livestock confinement. Workers will work in livestock confinements in limited shift sizes. Workers will be required to work inside the livestock confinements to disinfect and clean the buildings. Workers will clean, sanitize, and disinfect chutes, tractors, pumping equipment, crop farming equipment, vehicles, and trailers, which are all on the farm. Furthermore, workers will remove snow from around the livestock confinements and remove snow on farm roads. Workers will be required to disinfect the snow removal equipment after each use. Workers will be required to remove/transport dead/living livestock.

Special Requirements:

3 months of experience working with livestock. Workers must be able to follow detailed biosecurity protocol. Workers must have the ability to lift and carry 75 pounds for 75 yards. Post-employment drug tests are paid for by employer when applicable. The employer reserves the right to conduct a background check post-hire at the employers expense IF the employer deems it necessary.
