- Job Duties:
- Workers will be required to prepair crawfish bait each day for the next. Workers will both walk and operate motorized crawfish boats collecting the crawfish each day. Workers will load and unload crawfish sacks weighing up to 40 pounds each day. Workers will walk and ride fields each day monitoring the water levels and making repairs as needed to maintain the farm land. Workers will assist in the rice and soy bean crops as need wich could include operating tractors, walking fields, leveling rice bins etc. Workers will help to maintain the property using lawnmowers and weedeaters UTVs as needed.
