Job Duties:

Receiving crop for drying and storage at grain storage facility; disposing of spoiled grain; transporting grain from fields to grain bins; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; operating augers and grain conveying equipment; monitoring grain moisture levels; preparing scale tickets; shoveling grain; preparing scale tickets; recording date and records; weighing trucks; mixing and grinding corn and hay; blending and grading grain; and mixing and grinding wet and dry hay and corn. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties or engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.
