Job Duties:
Job duties include the operation of large farm equipment for transporting grain, transporting product to feedlot if necessary, harvesting and swathing. This equipment includes farm trucks, payloaders, swathers, skid steer, tractors, and tractors with various implements. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Employees will also help with calving by checking the herd for new calves and identifying any problems when they occur. Manual duties include fencing, picking rocks, branding, maintenance, and repairs. Employees must have 3 months of experience, basic English literacy, reading, and math skills, and the ability to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire.
