Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Drives and operates equipment to load and unload trucks for delayed delivery of contracted grains, supplies, and equipment to local elevators or designated locations. There will be NO commercial hauling. All products transported will be the property of Daniel Mapel and DJ Mapel Farms. No CDL is required. Daily maintenance will be done on all machinery, vehicles, and trailers. Must be able to work independently after given instructions and be a team player when needed. Routine maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures, and grounds including snow removal. Employees must have a valid driver's license or be capable of obtaining one in 30 days. Cell phone usage is limited to business-related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours otherwise is discouraged. No Educational level is required. Must be able to read and speak English for daily record keeping and safety reasons. Must have three months of tractor-driving experience with towed implements, and skid steers. Workers must have three months of tractor driving with GPS and computerized monitor experience.
