- Job Duties:
- Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; Operate or tend self-propelled equipment and implements used in agricultural production such as loader, backhoe, forklift, tractor, combine, swather, baler etc. for duties such as fertilizing, planting, weeding, harvesting, storing crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, hay; Direct and monitor the activities of seasonal help engaged in planting, weeding, or harvesting activities; Maintain inventory, ordering inputs, supplies, equipment as required; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or under filling and drive to market or storage facilities; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions by solving basic mechanical & electrical problems on the farm; Perform some welding as needed; Identify and ensure that safety hazards and unsafe practices are corrected and addressed; Perform snow removal; Must be able to speak English.

- Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
