Job Duties:

Crawfishing involves manually cutting up bait, bait traps; operate and maintain motorized boats; traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond; Frequent stooping and lifting requirement of 50lbs., repetitive movements and working outside in inclement weather conditions. load and unload trucks and deliver to market. check water levels in fields. repair and maintain equipment, vehicle, and structures. Cattle includes bush hogging and maintaining fence. The worker (s) may be requested but not required to work more than 7 hours per day and/or the Sabbath depending upon the conditions at the worksite, weather, and maturity of the crop. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and/or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
