Job Duties:

Workers are required to work at night checking and charting pond oxygen levels, are responsible for activating emergency tractors and paddlewheels to maintain sufficeint oxygen levels, perform minor repair and maintenance on equipment, help maintaining the integrity of the ponds by ensuring birds are kept away. Must be self-motivated, willing to work long hours, must be able to read and write English, have a basic working knowledge of electricity is preferred. Must not be afraid of snakes and alligators. Workers will be required to perform general farm labor as needed. Drug tests may be performed post-hire at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Failure to comply or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Workers must abide by all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physicaly able to perform all duties.
