Job Duties:

Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Attach implements to tractor; Drive and operate Farm Machinery; Lubricate equipment; Maintain equipment; Operate towed equipment to spread manure; Spread manure; Use Skid-steer loader; Apply fertilizers to crops; Clean and Maintain grounds/facilities; Incidental Maintenance; Incidental equipment cleaning; Incidental repainting; Changing oil as needed; Equipment Disassembly & Reassembly; Sanding/Grinding Equipment:8330 JCB Tractors with JBS Manure spreaders, Front End wheel loaders, Track skid steer loaders, Torch and welder to do general equipment repairs.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Repetitive movements is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employers expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
