Job Duties:

The worker will perform job duties as assigned by supervisor. They will vary from time to time depending on crop ripening and weather. Workers will prepare he fields for planting which consists of digging, planting, weeding, and other miscellaneous work. Workers will weed, cultivate, and harvest pickling cucumbers. Workers will pack and load harvested products. Workers will use hand tools such as shovels, trowels, hoes, tampers, shears, knives, and operate farm equipment. El trabajador realizará las tareas laborales que le asigne el supervisor. Variarán de vez en cuando dependiendo de la maduración del cultivo y del clima. Los trabajadores prepararán los campos para la siembra, que consiste en cavar, plantar, desmalezar y otros trabajos diversos. Los trabajadores desmalezarán, cultivarán y cosecharán pepinos encurtidos. Los trabajadores empacarán y cargarán los productos cosechados. Los trabajadores utilizarán herramientas manuales como palas, paletas, azadas, apisonadores, tijeras, cuchillos y operarán equipos agrícolas.
