- Job Duties:
- We farm over 4500 acres of beans and corn in Sicily Island, Louisiana. We irrigate most of our crops with poly pipe. We start in January getting equipment ready and start planting seed. We then must spray it and start laying poly pipe for irrigation. We are constantly working either at the shed getting equipment ready or in the filed discing, planting, spraying laying poly pipe, etc. We also do some dirt work on the farm. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspect of crop farming including manual labor, equipment operation, tractor mechanical repairs and maintenance and installing and maintaining irrigations systems.
