- Job Duties:
- Prune peach trees and grapevines. Tie and train grapevines. Thin peaches by hand. Harvest peaches and grapes at appropriate ripeness and pack peaches into shipping boxes. Must be able to climb up and down a ladder with a 30-pound pack on the back. Must be able to pick 10-bushel bags of fruit per hour for job retention. Workers will also perform orchard cleanup. One (1) month of pruning and fruit harvesting experience is required. The employer will provide no training and allow workers zero days to reach the production standards. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Pode melocotoneros y vides.
