Job Duties:

Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; Operate or tend self-propelled equipment and implements (much of which are equipped with GPS) used in agricultural production for duties such as fertilizing, planting, weeding, harvesting, storing crops such as corn, soybeans, rice; Operate augers, belts, and scoops; Service and repair equipment; Turn levers and knobs to dry grain, sweep bins with hand broom after grain is augured; Load trucks without over or under filling; Must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to work inside grain bins; Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment; Drive farm vehicle; Maintain worksite; Must speak English.

Special Requirements:

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 75 lbs.
