- Job Duties:
- Job duties include crawfishing in boats; catching crawfish; performing crawfishing duties in fields; set out and pick up crawfish traps; cut bait; deliver crawfish to buyer; maintain levees; shovel work; catching and trapping crawfish; grading/washing crawfish; make repairs to boat and traps as needed; water maintenance; job involves frequent stooping/bending, lifting, exposure to extreme temps.; extensive pushing/pulling; extensive sitting/walking. Must be able to lift and carry sufficient weight to lift, carry and move equipment, crawfish sacks, and material necessary to complete assigned tasks. The Employer will rely on workers’ own representations and observations of workers to assess if the workers meet this qualification.
