Job Duties:

Workers perform several manual tasks, 25 to 40 horses arrive at Cavaletti Equine Logistics. From January 15th through end of winter months, breeding and bording as well as preparation of feed mixtures with crop and grains to feed once horses get to ranch., In addition, all horeses must be bathed and vaccinated and put inside stables and barns. Beginning spring months, mares are in foaling season and must be well cared for during deliverance must be observed for foal deformations or diseases, as well as bathed vaccinated. Workers must clean barn and stables repair any areas to prevent any bacterias that can harm the mares and foals. Begining summer months all horses and colts are put out on open pastures to feed on and workers prepare water tanks and feeders, as well as clean training arena, saddle and unsaddle, help with horse management for nine months, fall months horses and colts are put for sale. Temporary help is not necessary at Caveletti Equine Logistics., permanent worker helps with delivering the sold horses to respective customers.
